Zip Flower will not assume responsibility for any damage or
delays caused by FedEx during the product delivery.
About the payment.
About voiding the order.
You will be able to void your order in the 24 hours following
the moment in which it was made. In case of voiding, only
75% of the paid value will be returned.
The order can be annulled totally or partially, however it
should be made in box units.
About the client's privacy.

clients. This information will only be used to process the
orders and to offer our customers an efficient service.

If you are not satisfied with the flowers you should inform
Zip Flower immediately
by calling and writing
a claim to send via fax
to Zip Flower offices
expressing your dissatisfaction and why you desire a refund.
For the claim to be valid, you must follow the aforementioned
instructions.
In the event of a claim, you should return the box, flowers,
vase and everything else in its entirety in its original packaging.
Zip Flower will arrange for picking up the box. Once the validity
of the claim is confirmed, we will credit 100% of the cancelled
value.
Claims can be total or partial,
